The one of the negatives I have is regard to the color choice in Rush Tower (I did see the other towers). The remodel that was done not to long ago certainly brings up to par with any of the overindulgent strip hotels. We just returned from a quick overnight trip to Vegas where we stayed in the Rush Tower at the Golden Nugget. In summary very happy with the room and the location of the hotel. Note that a minimum 2 night stay is required and you only receive the credit once irrespective of the number of nights u stay. They have an offer on at the moment for a $15 food and beverage credit if u opt out of housekeeping during your stay.
Not an issue for us as we chose the hotel for its location. The view out the window was of a wall so if a view is important I would not request 1525.
Was not of the same standard as the main room and showed a lot of wear and tear. Room presentation was nice with the only let down being the bathroom. Two large filtered coffees was $9.20 which we thought was the better option. We chose to use the onsite Starbucks which opens at 5am. Keurig Coffee machine in the room with option to purchase the K Cups for $15. Very comfortable King bed with large sofa. Have included photos of the room in the 15th Floor. The Gold Tower checkin area is quite small for a Vegas hotel. We did a lot of research before deciding on both the Nugget and the Gold Tower We checked in around 5pm with only a 10 minute wait in the queue.
